Catherine Lidstone is an award-winning actor and singer originally from New England. She currently stars as Mary, hometown friend of Jesus and sister of Lazarus & Martha in Dallas Jenkins' The Chosen. She received acclaim for her breakout role opposite Kelsey Grammer in Fox's one hour legal drama Proven Innocent, and her original music has been placed on major networks and streaming services as a singer-songwriter. Catherine has since starred in several television series including a recurring role as Ensign Cervantes on CBS/Paramount's Seal Team and SXSW's James Ward Byrkit sci-fi Shatter Belt; high-profile indie features including Lifetime Movie Club's Dead In The Water and Dances With Films' Official Selection Proof Sheet, directed by Richard Kilroy, and she has also produced/starred in award-winning films that have swept the festival circuit. With her feature screenwriting debut in pre-production and an upcoming album, Catherine is a multifaceted star on the rise.
